Buyer consultations are a way of both you and I fully understanding your real estate needs and wants. Together, we determine whether you'll require financing, in which case, I can match you with an excellent and reputable lender, according to your needs. After the pre-approval phase, (or if you have cash on hand to purchase), we will set out to find your dream home and make it into a reality for you, by showing a number of homes you want to see. I find new construction, resale homes, foreclosures or short sale listings, and even For Sale By Owner listings or off-market properties. No stone is left unturned! Once we find "the one" - we prepare your offer with YOUR best interest at the forefront of my real estate mind, prepare to negotiate, and once we have an "accepted contract," I facilitate the entire transaction on your behalf. I'm always open for your questions, when you're in need of guidance or professional advice, and "at your service" to deliver results - successfully meeting you at the closing table!
