WHO I AM

I'm Kristin Orr, a real estate agent in the Northeast Florida area, including these counties: St. Johns, Duval, Clay, Flagler, Putnam, Baker and Nassau.

While attending the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, FL, I began a job as a Marketing Coordinator with a team of real estate agents in 2000. Quickly, I added Closing Coordinator to my job title. And, within a few weeks, Listing Coordinator. In 2003, I became licensed as a Sales Associate and assisted my team in opening 2 branch offices, adding even more titles to my repertoire. Since, I have worked at Hammock Dunes, a luxury oceanfront community in Palm Coast, Florida and have maintained my real estate roots selling in all of Northeast Florida.

I’m a believer of living life to the fullest and maintaining a well-rounded personality & life balance. I’m most comfortable when I’m working hard and being productive, but I always fit in having some fun and relaxation, time with my family & friends, travel, hobbies, learning opportunities,
and enjoy sharing that with others.

I have three children, who are all amazing individuals! I come from a large family with an even larger extended family. I’m the youngest of six children who benefits from the creativity, built-in work ethic, smarts, common sense, and wit, as the "caboose" of the family! Planning and preparation-minded is completely natural to me, but I leave room for being flexible and spontaneous. I believe in authenticity which enables me to attract the people meant to cross my path.
